I heard kids laughter while splattering everywhere in the green shallow sea.

I heard other kids cheering us on while passing by.

I saw kids bombing in the green shallow water.

I saw the water splashing against the hard rocky wall while I was running past.

I smelt the salty sea water while running past

I smelt the clammy sand while running to the finish line.

I tasted the salty sea water as I was swimming 

I felt the sea shells crunching under my feet as I ran across the thick sizzling sand.

I felt the sun burning my skin as I sat down with satisfaction.

I wondered how many minutes I took to get to the finish line. 

I wondered if there would ever be another event.
